DAY 1 - BREATH FOR INTERNAL CONTROL
Learn the connection between physical and emotional stress and tension.
Discover how to better control your emotional state and utilize these skills in everyday life from dealing with difficult people to high pressure work situations.
You will discover how to build and maintain a calm and relaxed state through breath work and movement.
No martial arts or contact and no experience required!
*Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or similar for this session.
DAY 2 - IMPROVISED WEAPONS
This full day workshop will show you how to use everyday objects to defend yourself from various attacks, both armed and unarmed. Develop greater awareness of your surroundings and discover the options available to you in self protection situations.
Many different everyday objects will be explored and utilized over the course of the day.
*Participants are encouraged to bring their own everyday items with them to assist in exploring and developing greater creativity
