Day 1 – Mobility Through Movement
To many people the idea of increased mobility comes through stretching and static work. Others believe you need to be flexible to be mobile.
Let us show you how to achieve mobility through movement.
In this session we will show you varied movements coupled with the breathing techniques of systema to enhance your mobility, release tension, revive and awaken your body.
Explore the dynamics of movement and find your freedom!
No martial arts or contact and no experience is required.

Day 2 – Ground Fighting
Ground fighting is an often misunderstood area of combat and general interpretation for most people is in a sports setting and grappling.
In this full day workshop we take you past the sport application and study concepts from standing attacks to striking, control, movement and multiple attackers helping you explore the tools required for survival.
